We keep out wonderland more realistic, where we may confabulate some minor details if they're non-serious for immersion, but we generally can snap out of it and do whatever we want at will if we need to get something done there.

Me out of a lot of the people in my system become stressed easily, so I use brief trips to the wl to relax and sleep it off

so eg. you go to work, go home, and then ask your tulpa about what they did in the wonderland that day, even though no processing power was used during the day for them to actually be doing stuff in the wonderland

Implanting false memories of wl events to pad out the fact that things don't happen there if you're not focused on them.

As i said, its okey unless you start to put restrictions because of it.

In my experience if you rely on it to make stuff happen that didn't have the capacity to happen you end up with some really corny situations and that undermines your faith in your tulpa.

So its nice, just dont take it too seriously

But maybe with a whole bunch of practice and knowledge and good "rapid story writing" that wouldn't be the case (edited)
